El diseño de la investigación es no experimental y transversal. El universo de la población se conforma por 84 colaboradores que laboran en la empresa Grupo Soyuz. La muestra es intacta, es decir, se toma en cuenta a la totalidad de la población. La técnica empleada para la recolección de la información fue la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de estilo de vida saludable. Se establece como conclusión: El estilo de vida saludable de los colaboradores de la Empresa Grupo Soyuz es de nivel moderado en un 65%, debido a las dimensiones biológicas y sociales que contribuyen cada persona a sus vidas.

The study corresponds to a descriptive, simple basic research with a quantitative approach according to the management of the data. The design of the research is non-experimental and transversal. The universe of the population consists of 84 employees who work in the Soyuz Group Company. The sample is intact, that is, the entire population is taken into account. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instrument used was the healthy lifestyle questionnaire.
