Es por ello que nuestra investigación tiene como objetivo: Identificar la relación del factor social y el pago del impuesto predial en la Municipalidad Distrital de Morales -2018. Ya que dicha municipalidad cuenta con un alto índice de morosidad de 62% referente al impuesto predial. Para la elaboración de esta investigación se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional con una muestra de 372 contribuyentes, el instrumento de recolección de datos fue un cuestionario que estará diseñado con preguntas claras, concisas, permitiendo obtener información relevante para así obtener los resultados.se concluye que la relación entre la variable factor social y pago del Impuesto Predial de acuerdo al coeficiente r=0,0701 es positiva alta, así mismo P= 0,00 < 0,01, es significativo.
