La población fue de 127 docentes pero se encuesto a una muestra de 96 docentes de las instituciones educativas de Pamer - Sede Sur- Lima, 2014, y se empleó la técnica de la encuesta, para lo cual se utilizó dos cuestionarios que fue aplicado a docentes en las instituciones educativas de Pamer - Sede Sur- Lima, 2014. Los resultados obtenidos después del procesamiento y análisis de los datos nos indican que: Existe relación altamente significativa y directa entre el Clima Organizacional y Relaciones Humanas en las instituciones educativas de Pamer - Sede Sur- Lima, 2014; porque Rho: 0,783 que indica una fuerte correlación y la significación dado que p: 0,000 < α: 0,01.
