La presente investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo diseño no experimental, dondeel instrumento utilizado para medir la variable accidentes, fueron los registros de accidentes y las fórmulas matemáticas validadas mediante el juicio de expertos de tres especialistas en la materia. Concluyendo que el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo para reducir accidentes en el área de mantenimiento en Transportes CMRS.A.C, Pachacamac 2022, logro reducir el índice de frecuencia de accidentes Pre- test con sus respectivos valores de agosto 108,17, setiembre 144,23 y octubre 156,25 y en el Pos- Test se redujo febrero 52,08, marzo 34,72 y abril 24,04, índice de gravedad de los meses del Pre- test agosto 132,21, setiembre 168,27 y octubre 180,29 y en el Pos- Test se redujo en febrero 65,21, marzo 34,72 y abril 31,25 y el índice de accidentes se disminuyó durante los tres meses en un total de 20 accidentes.
