description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la comunicación interna y síndrome de Burnout en el personal asistencial de un centro de salud de Lambayeque, 2023. La metodología aplicada en el estudio fue con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptiva, correlacional y transversal, no experimental, la muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 80 trabajadores asistenciales. Se empleó como instrumento el cuestionario elaborado y validado por expertos por Pumalaza (2022) para la variable comunicación interna y el test Maslach Burnout Inventory para la variable del síndrome de Burnout. Los resultados estadísticos demostraron la existencia de una distribución normal, paramétrica, empleando la correlación de Pearson. En la correlación de las dos variables se presentó un r= 0,08 y Sig = 0,942, siendo mayor a 0,05. De esta forma se concluye, estadísticamente no existe una relación significativa entre la comunicación interna y el síndrome de burnout en el personal asistencial investigado.
