description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación existente entre la ejecución presupuestal y el plan anual de contrataciones de la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial, Lima 2016 El tipo de estudio fue básico, diseño no experimental transversal de nivel descriptivo correlacional, la población estuvo conformada por 60 trabajadores de la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial, los datos se obtuvieron a través de la realización de una encuesta, constituida por 61 preguntas en escala de Likert. Se tabularon y se procesaron los datos en el paquete estadístico SPSS. La investigación evidencia que la ejecución presupuestal se relaciona considerablemente con el plan anual de contrataciones que desarrolla la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial. Se concluye que existe relación entre la ejecución presupuestal y el plan anual de contrataciones.
