description La presente investigación se contextualizó en la línea de investigación de Dirección de los servicios de salud, el cual tuvo propósito determinar la relación entre la resiliencia y engagement en los trabajadores sanitarios de un hospital de Loreto. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel básico y diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 110 trabajadores sanitarios. Se emplearon dos instrumentos: Escala de resiliencia organizacional y UWES de Engagement. Se obtuvo como resultados descriptivos que el nivel de resiliencia del 76.4% de trabajadores sanitarios fue bajo; además, respecto al grado de engagement, el 43,6% presentó un nivel alto, con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de .457, con un p_valor calculado de 0.000. En conclusión, ambas variables de estudio de encuentran relacionadas significativamente de forma directa y media, afirmando que a mayor resiliencia habrá mayor engagement.
