description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la Gestión de Bienes Muebles estatales en el marco de la Directiva 001-2015/SBN, en la Municipalidad Distrital de Huanchaco, 2017. El diseño de dicha investigación fue No experimental – Transversal – Descriptiva y se trabajó con una población constituida por un total de 14 personas; de la cual 11 son gerentes y 3 trabajadores de la Unidad de Control patrimonial, a quienes se le aplicó un cuestionario de manera diferente para ambos casos y donde los resultados fueron mostrados en tablas y figuras. El procesamiento y análisis de datos se realizó mediante la estadística descriptiva utilizando el paquete estadístico SPSS. Los resultados mostraron que el 57% de servidores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Huanchaco califica como deficiente la gestión de bienes muebles estatales en el marco de la Directiva 001-2015/SBN, seguida también el 29% es medianamente eficiente y solo el 14% se considera eficiente. Por tal motivo los resultados obtenidos permitieron concluir que existe deficiencia en la Gestión de bienes muebles que realiza la Unidad de Control Patrimonial de dicha entidad.
