Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico, donde la implementación de un sistema de redes permitirá optimizar los procesos internos de una municipalidad, fomentando una administración más ágil, eficiente y transparente, se el enfoque fue cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, se utilizó por instrumento al cuestionario de networking system y al cuestionario gestión por resultados, la población lo conformaron 690 colaboradores, y la muestra lo destacaron 248 colaboradores, por resultados se obtuvo que el 60% de los colaboradores indicaron que el system networking presentó un nivel bajo, el 31% mostró un nivel medio y el 9% un nivel alto además, en la evaluación a la gestión por resultados el 57% reflejó un nivel bajo, el 31% un nivel medio y el 12% un nivel alto, se concluyó en el diseño de una propuesta que tuvo por título GRESTINET, la misma que estuvo alineada a la implementación de networking system para mejorar la gestión en resultados y contribuir con la buena gestión de gobierno en beneficio del ciudadano y desarrollo local.
