description El presente trabajo que tiene por título “El dumping y la importación de tejidos de China hacia el Perú en el periodo 2004 – 2013” fue elaborado con la finalidad de conocer la influencia del dumping, para poder cumplir con el objetivo se obtuvo información de distintas fuentes, Sunat, Indecopi, PromPerú, Cámara de Comercio de Lima, instituciones peruanas relacionadas al comercio exterior, bridando información mediante cuadros, gráficos, referencias y otros. En la presente investigación también se muestra el análisis de los resultados que se obtuvieron, como el volumen y valor de importación de tejidos de China hacia Perú que estuvo creciendo durante un determinado período y que en el año 2010 sufrió una disminución por las medidas antidumping impuestas por Indecopi mediante los reclamos de empresas afectadas del sector textil.
