El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la eficacia de implementar una Web app con Scrum para mejorar la gestión de inventario dirigido a emprendedores de la Galería San Carlos. El tipo de investigación es de tipo Aplicada y el diseño se utilizó el Pre- experimental por su capacidad de realizar deducciones sobre los posibles relaciones entre una medición y un resultado de interés. El desarrollo de la web app con Scrum se realizó gracias a las búsqueda y revisión de fuentes confiables según los indicadores definidos dentro de la presente investigacion, con la finalidad de que los emprendedores de la Galería San Carlos, de la ciudad de Trujillo, puedan adoptar e implementar nuevas tecnologías y herramientas de información que les permitan manejar y/o mejorar la gestión de inventario en sus negocios.
