La población fue de 97 entre el personal docente, administrativo y auxiliar y la muestra fue de 77. El recojo de información se hizo mediante dos cuestionarios, el de la primera variable estuvo conformado por 23 ítems y de la segunda variable por 50 ítems, las cuales fueron validados por juicio de expertos, después con la recolección de información se realizó el tratamiento estadístico. Los resultados se evidenciaron mediante tablas y gráficos. Según las evidencias estadísticas se cumple el objetivo general en donde según la correlación causal existente se observa que la sig. p/valor=0,006 siendo ello < 0,05. De la misma forma, el valor de Nagelkerke fue de 0,146 notándose la existencia de una influencia de las habilidades directivas en el clima laboral.
