description La gestión ambiental y la Responsabilidad Social va ganando relevancia a nivel internacional, en el Perú, existen pocos estudios en responsabilidad social. La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación existente entre la gestión ambiental y la responsabilidad social. Es de tipo de diseño no experimental transversal, tipo de estudio correlacional para ello se desarrolló una encuesta a los servidores públicos del Parque Zonal Huiracocha, San Juan de Lurigancho- Lima. La encuesta se llevó a cabo utilizando el tipo censo, siendo 60 servidores públicos del Parque Zonal Huiracocha. La investigación brinda evidencia de la relación positiva existente entre la Gestión Ambiental y la Responsabilidad Social. Los resultados indican que las dimensiones de ecología, social y cultural tienen una relación positiva y significativa, y la dimensión económica no guarda una relación.
