description La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de Los sistemas de información gerencial en el proceso administrativo de las pymes de servicio de rehabilitación, distrito de Bellavista – Callao año 2017. La población estuvo conformado por 3 PYMES del distrito de Bellavista-Callao, y la muestra estudiada fue la totalidad de la población, los datos fueron recogidos mediante la técnica de encuesta y se utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario de 24 preguntas, los datos fueron procesados a través del programa estadístico SPSS 23, lográndose como resultados que existe influencia positiva moderada de los sistemas de información gerencial en el proceso administrativo de las pymes de servicio de rehabilitación.
