La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario que fueron validados a través de juicios de expertos y también se halló su confiabilidad. Los resultados exponen que existe relación significativa entre ejecución presupuestal y calidad de gasto en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima Este, 2023 (sig. bil. = 0.000; a = 0.05; rho = 0.699).
