description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana en el distrito de Morales, 2021. El tipo de investigación fue básica, diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional, la población estuvo conformada por 29,302 pobladores, mientras que la muestra fue 244 ciudadanos, la técnica de recolección de datos empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Los principales resultados fueron que el nivel de gestión municipal y participación ciudadana en el distrito de Morales, 2021, tienen un nivel regular correspondiente a un 50 %. Concluyendo que, existe relación significativa entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana en el distrito de Morales, 2021, ya que el análisis estadístico del coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman fue de 0,985 (correlación positiva muy alta) y un p valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01), además, solo el 97.02 % de la gestión municipal influye en la participación ciudadana
