El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación del Outsourcing y la GTH en las empresas. Respecto a los autores base, el de la variable Outsourcing fue Díaz (2021) y para la Variable GTH fue Miraya (2021). La metodología fue de tipo aplicada, con diseño no experimental y descriptivo, con 100 colaboradores de la universidad continental del área de centro global de operaciones como tamaño muestral. El valor de confiabilidad fue de 0.808 para el Outsourcing mientras que fue de 0,946 para el GTH, el estadígrafo de Rho de Spearman fue de 0.767, es decir, hubo una correlación positiva muy fuerte entre ambas variables. El grado de significancia fue ,000≤0,05; por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la hipótesis alterna. |
