description La corte interamericana de derechos humanos nos ha brindado entre otras figuras jurídicas una a la cual debemos ejecutar de manera obligatoria más cuando esta vela y protege los derechos humanos, en mi tesis me referiré y analizare el Control de Convencionalidad introducido en el Poder Legislativo, todo ello a razón de que la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos se ha pronunciado sobre la obligatoriedad que existe en el control de convencionalidad en sucesivas jurisprudencias, dejando claro muchas precisiones sobre la aplicación y alcance a nivel interno que hay en los distintos Estados que conforman el Sistema Interamericano de Protección de Derechos Humanos cuando estos han ratificado tales tratados internacionales. Y de esta forma hago el análisis también de los casos emblemáticos que se llevaron en sede internacional, CIDH, que sirven de sustento a mi tesis en la parte de que no solo se ejerce el control a nivel judicial sino también a los demás órganos que se encargan de la administración de justicia, en ese caso también cabe decir del Poder Legislativo.
