La investigación es de tipo aplicada de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño experimental de tipo pre experimental y alcance explicativo descriptivo. La técnica utilizada fue el análisis documental y los instrumentos utilizados para la variable dependiente fueron el registro de accidentes en la empresa Perú Tintex S.A.C. Por otro lado, la población de esta investigación son los trabajadores de la empresa Perú Tintex S.A.C y la muestra de este proyecto de investigación son los trabajadores de la empresa Perú Tintex S.A.C que serán evaluados en el periodo de ocho semanas. Se logró determinar que con la aplicación de la Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo se reduce la accidentabilidad en la empresa Perú Tintex S.A.C, Lima, 2020 en 69.878 % respecto a la accidentabilidad.
