Para la recolección de datos se utilizó el método del fichaje y el instrumento utilizado fue la ficha de registro. Los resultados de este estudio evidenciaron que al ser implementado el Sistema Web aumento el nivel de las órdenes de trabajo atendidas de un 64.25% a un 93.85%. Otro resultado logrado fue que al implementar el Sistema Web se disminuyó el nivel de órdenes de trabajo pendientes de un 40.20% a un 8.35%. Se llegó a la conclusión que el Sistema Web incremento el nivel de órdenes de trabajo atendidas en un 29.60%. Otra conclusión fue que el Sistema Web reduce el nivel de órdenes de trabajo pendientes en un 31.85%.
