description La actual tesis de maestría tuvo como objetivo general establecer la relación entre la gestión hospitalaria y aprendizaje organizacional del personal del Hospital Aurelio Díaz Ufano y Peral en el entorno del COVID-19 del Lima-Perú, 2021. Como tipo de investigación fue básica de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, con diseño correlacional de corte transversal. Institución: Hospital Aurelio Díaz Ufano y Peral. La muestra fue de 50 colaboradores, a quiénes se les encuestó utilizando un cuestionario para llegar a medir la relación entre las variables gestión hospitalaria y aprendizaje organizacional. Posteriormente se realizó el análisis estadístico inferencial correspondiente, para lo cual se utilizó el paquete estadístico Spss v25, siendo la estadística de coeficiente de correlación la prueba de Spearman, ya que obtuvo una distribución anormal. Los resultados mostraron una correlación entre la gestión hospitalaria y el aprendizaje organizacional de 604, con un sig. De 0.00. Con lo que Se demostraría que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa con el aprendizaje organizacional en el personal del Hospital Aurelio Díaz y Peral.
