description La presente tesis se enmarcó en la línea de investigación Gestión ambiental y del Territorio. El objetivo de la investigación fue: Establecer la relación entre la gestión ambiental y la responsabilidad social en la municipalidad distrital de Llochegua, 2021. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de Llochegua. La muestra estuvo conformada por los 80 trabajadores de la entidad. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. El cuestionario para medir la variable Gestión ambiental estuvo compuesta por 18 ítems y el cuestionario para medir la variable responsabilidad social se utilizó un cuestionario con 15 ítems. Se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS versión 25 para procesar los datos. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que la relación existente entre las variables gestión ambiental y la responsabilidad social es baja o fuerte determinada por rho de Spearman = 0.339** y es significativa dado que el valor p calculado es 0.000.
