La técnica de recolección la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de la variable gestión de almacén y sus dimensiones tienen un nivel medio; nivel de la variable control de inventarios y sus dimensiones tienen un nivel medio. Concluyendo que, si existe relación positiva alta y significativa entre la gestión de almacén y el control de inventarios en la Constructora y Servicios Flores Sac, Tarapoto – 2023, con un coeficiente de Pearson de 0.935 y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01), aceptando así la hipótesis de investigación.
