Cabe resaltar que la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de gestión administrativa está en un nivel medio según el 50% de los colaboradores encuestados, del mismo modo se identificó el nivel de gestión presupuestal estos están en un nivel medio según el 48% de los colaboradores encuestados. Existe relación significativa entre la gestión administrativa con las dimensiones de gestión presupuestal, con una prueba Pearson de 0,788,0,884, 0,943,0,909 con un p=0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01). El estudio concluyó que, existe relación positiva muy fuerte entre la gestión administrativa y presupuestal (Pearson=0,998; p=0,000).
