La técnica de recolección fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que nivel de Educación ambiental tiene un nivel bajo en 52.94 %, un nivel medio en 41.18 % y un nivel alto en 5.88 %; y el nivel de manejo de residuos sólidos tiene un nivel bajo en 76.94 %, un nivel medio en 41.18% y un nivel alto en 0 %. Concluyendo que, existe relación positiva muy alta entre la Educación ambiental y el manejo de residuos sólidos en la Municipalidad Distrital de Nueva Cajamarca, 2023, con un Rho Spearman se alcanzó un coeficiente de 0.662 y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01), aceptando así la hipótesis de investigación; además, solo el 43.82 % de dependencia entre variables.
