Es por ello que a través de la entrevista y el análisis documental se busca analizar los diferentes ámbitos que abarca la investigación para poder identificar de manera clara y veraz, cual es el rol que desempeña el tercero de buena fe registral en el fraude inmobiliario, todo ello en base a un enfoque cualitativo de tipo básico. Luego de haber obtenido diferentes resultados, se tratara de comprobar que el tercero de buena fe registra! cumple un rol fundamental para cometer el fraude inmobiliario y sobre todo se pueda dar la solución al problema de investigación.
