description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general Determinar la relación que existe entre la percepción ciudadana y la corrupción de funcionarios en una Municipalidad Ica, 2023, la metodología empleada en la investigación fue descriptiva correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño de investigación no experimental, tipo básico, la muestra fue de 80 servidores y funcionarios públicos del distrito de Ica, asimismo, los instrumentos aplicados fueron los cuestionarios de 30 ítems. procesar la data del cuestionario aplicado a 80 funcionarios y servidores públicos del distrito de Ica 2023, mediante el software SPSS versión 26, asimismo, por el diseño y método de análisis empleado, descriptiva – correlacional se enlazó las dos variables (V1 y V2); donde se utilizó la correlación significativa (bilateral) de Pearson, entre la variable función pública y corrupción de funcionarios, concluyendo que existe relación entre la percepción ciudadana y la corrupción de funcionarios, con coeficiente de correlación (0,548 ) positiva considerable.
