description Esta investigación se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de analizar la relación entre la gestión por competencias y el teletrabajo en un call center, Independencia, 2023 y sus dimensiones fueron selección de personal, evaluación de desempeño, desarrollo personal, tecnología de la información y comunicación, productividad y monitoreo. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado con un nivel correlacional y descriptivo, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 60 colaboradores y la muestra fue censal, se utilizó un instrumento con 16 ítems, el cual fue validado y avalado por cuatro jueces experimentados. Los resultados de confiabilidad dieron un alfa de Cronbach de 0.817 para la variable Gestión por competencias y para la variable Teletrabajo se obtuvo un 0.824, también se obtuvieron resultados como la prueba de normalidad e inferenciales. Finalmente, se concluyó que si existe relación entre la gestión por competencias y el teletrabajo (sig. =0.000; r =0.853).
