Investigación de tipo básica y enfoque cuantitativo; diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. Se consignó una población muestral de 85 trabajadores. La técnica empleada corresponde a la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Se obtuvo como resultados un nivel de gestión municipal fue predominantemente “Medio” 71.8% (61 trabajadores), solo el 28.2% (24) se ubicó en el nivel “Alto”. El nivel de satisfacción laboral fue predominantemente “Medio” 63.5% (54 trabajadores), solo el 36.5% (31) se ubicó en el nivel “Alto”. Concluyendo que, la relación entre la gestión municipal y la satisfacción laboral evidencian un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de r=0.625 un nivel de significancia p=0.000 (p < 0,05), por lo que, existe correlación positiva alta y significativa entre la gestión municipal y la satisfacción laboral.
