description La investigación titulada “Cultura tributaria y el comercio informal del mercado Valle Sagrado del distrito San Juan de Lurigancho 2016” tuvo como objetivo general de determinar la relación que existe entre la cultura tributaria y el comercio informal del mercado valle sagrado del distrito de san juan de Lurigancho, 2016, para mejorar el grado de conciencia tributaria, educación cívica tributaria, difusión y orientación tributaria La investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo y método hipotético deductivo con un tipo de investigación básica y nivel y nivel descriptivo y correlacionar el diseño de investigación fue no experimental; de corte transversal el muestreo fue pro balístico y la muestra estuvo constituida por 100 comerciantes del tipo escala de liker para medir las variables cultura tribuirá y comercio informal, las cuales fueron sometidas a la validez y confiabilidad. Se aplicó el estadístico RHO de Superman para determinar la correlación entre las variables, donde existe una relación inversa y significativa entre la cultura tributaria y el comercio informal del mercado valle sagrado, san juan de Lurigancho, 2016 con nivel de significancia de p= 0.00 0.05
