description La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el turismo sexual y la informalidad en mujeres de 18 a 30 años del distrito de Tarapoto - 2022. El tipo de investigación fue básica, no experimental - correlacional. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 50. La técnica fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Como resultado se encontró el nivel de las dimensiones de turismo sexual: condición laboral, alto al 60 %; tipo de trabajo, medio al 62 % y realización personal, alto al 80 %. El nivel de las dimensiones de informalidad: impuestos, medio al 70 %; protección social, medio al 86 % y normatividad laboral, medio con 54 %. Se concluyó que existe relación positiva muy baja, pero no significativa entre el turismo sexual y la informalidad en mujeres de 18 a 30 años del distrito de Tarapoto - 2022, con un coeficiente de Rho de Spearman de 0.037 y p-valor de 0.79; además solo existe 1.4 % de dependencia entre variables.
