El enfoque de la investigación aplicado, fue el enfoque cualitativo, con método inductivo, deductivo, así mismo, el tipo de investigación correspondió a la investigación básica, o también denominada teórica o investigación pura, cuya particularidad es la encuadrarse en los fundamentos teóricos; y, por otro lado, el diseño aplicado, fue el análisis temático, fenomenológico y estudio de caso. Como conclusión general, en el Perú no existe norma legal que regule la Eutanasia, ya que, según código penal, en su artículo 112, penaliza la práctica de la Eutanasia, como homicidio piadoso, siendo fundamental, su legalización, vía la reforma constitucional, previa sensibilización de las personas, mediante los actores estratégicos de la sociedad.
