description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación que existe entre el plan estratégico y la gestión municipal en una municipalidad distrital, Huánuco 2022. La muestra es no probabilística y asciende a 60 colaboradores en una municipalidad distrital de Huánuco, a los cuales se aplicaron los instrumentos de investigación que brindaron información acerca del Planeamiento Estratégico y la Gestión Municipal, a través de la evaluación de sus distintas dimensiones. Se utilizó el coeficiente estadístico de Rho de Spearman, y la investigación concluye que existe evidencia significativa para afirmar que: Existe relación significativa entre el plan estratégico y la gestión municipal en una municipalidad distrital, Huánuco, con un grado de significancia p = 0,003 < α = 0,01, rechazando la Hipótesis Nula.
