Además, se aplicó un cuestionario destinado a 384 ciudadanos, este cuestionario fue validado por el juicio de tres expertos y versificado su confiabilidad con el estadístico de alfa de crombach. Los principales resultados indicaron que existe correlación entre la seguridad ciudadana y satisfacción del ciudadano con una sig.= 0.812, lo cual refleja una correlación intensa y positiva. Esto significa que a medida que se mejora la seguridad ciudadana, es decir, la capacidad de garantizar un entorno seguro para los ciudadanos, también se experimenta una notable mejora en la satisfacción del ciudadano. Las conclusiones muestran la importancia de adoptar estrategias y políticas que promuevan la seguridad ciudadana en las municipalidades distritales, ya que esto puede tener un impacto positivo y significativo en la satisfacción y el bienestar de los ciudadanos.
