description La presente investigación titulada “Gestión del talento humano y gestión administrativa del área de tesorería del Ministerio de Salud, Lima 2018”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre gestión del talento humano y gestión administrativa del área de tesorería del Ministerio de Salud, Lima 2018. El tipo de investigación fue básico, con enfoque cuantitativo, además presentó un diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional. Para la población conformada por 52 administrativos del área de tesorería del Ministerio de Salud, Lima 2018, la muestra fue considerada el 100 % de la población, es decir censal. La técnica empleada para recolectar información fue a través de encuestas y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron cuestionarios, que fueron debidamente validados mediante juicios de expertos y estableciendo su conformidad a través de estadístico de fiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach). Se concluyó en cuanto al objetivo general, mediante los valores obtenidos en la prueba de hipótesis se evidenció de forma suficiente que la variable independiente gestión del talento humano tiene relación positiva (Rho Spearman = ,422) y significativa (p valor = 0.002 menor que 0.05) con la variable dependiente gestión administrativa.
