description La presente investigación titulada Proceso Administrativo y clima laboral en los trabajadores del Banco Interbank Canto Grande de San Juan de Lurigancho año 2016, tiene como finalidad determinar la relación que existe entre el Proceso Administrativo y clima laboral en los trabajadores del Banco Interbank Canto Grande de San Juan de Lurigancho año 2016. La investigación está enfocado con la gestión y capacidad que el equipo de trabajo desempeña en la agencia bancaria. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo aplicado, porque analizaremos la teórica con la realidad, el nivel de investigación fue descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, no experimental y la población del estudio abarco 33 colaboradores de la agencia de Interbank Canto Grande; la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta en escala de Likert. El resultado final se consiguió al manejo de datos estadísticos en el programa estadístico SPSS versión 23. se utilizó el Alfa validación de Cronbach y la validez de expertos para determinar la confiabilidad y del instrumento, finalmente al realizar la prueba de correlación de Rho Spearman de 0.403 con un nivel de significancia de 0.020, concluyendo que existe la relación de proceso administrativo en un 78.8%, en cuanto al clima laboral en un 87.9% es bueno. A través de ello, se concluye que existen ciertos indicadores dentro de la investigación el cual profundizan y detallan ciertos errores que se pueden presentar en la organización
