description El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “La problemática en la publicación de la Ley promulgada por el Presidente del Poder Legislativo en el Perú”, tuvo como propósito analizar la problemática en la publicación de la Ley promulgada por el Presidente del Poder Legislativo. Se trata de una investigación de tipo básica y orientada a la comprensión, con el diseño de teoría fundamentada, para cuyo efecto se utilizó la aplicación de técnicas de investigación tales como: análisis de normas y entrevistas, teniendo como población a 7 personas, entre profesionales y funcionarios públicos entendidos en el tema, y asimismo, utilizando métodos como la hermenéutica, el método inductivo y sistemático para analizar los datos, se concluyó que la demora en el acto de publicación de la Ley se debe principalmente a que no existe un plazo en la norma que el Poder Ejecutivo deba respetar, pero también, se debe a que aun existiendo un mandato constitucional de publicación, el Parlamento no exige responsabilidades al Ejecutivo cuando este no se cumple o demora en cumplir.
