description El presente trabajo de investigación es cualitativo y está orientado a buscar la explicación jurídica respecto a la correcta tipificación del Delito de Trata de Personas y cuál sería su efecto en la participación de los delitos Contra la Humanidad, dado los múltiples bienes jurídicos que se vulneran y que son amparados en la Declaración de los Derechos Humanos, por lo cual se ha propuesto dos objetivos que tienen como finalidad establecer una adecuada regulación normativa y que esta sea de implicancia para reconocer correctamente los bienes jurídicos que se vulneran en este delito. Asimismo se busca establecer cuáles son los factores para que este delito siga en crecimiento dada las estadísticas por el Observatorio de Criminalidad del Ministerio público.
