Este es en donde altos funcionarios están interesados, ya sea en el campo de las políticas del estado en sus diferentes divisiones, y de acuerdo con la autoridad correspondiente a todos los niveles de gobierno, comprender las necesidades de la ciudadanía y organizar la producción y la producción. Precisamente el problema es ¿Qué tipo de relación existe entre la gestión municipal y el desempeño laboral en la municipalidad distrital de Yucay, 2021?, Para ello se ha propuesto como objetivo: determinar qué tipo de relación existe entre la gestión municipal y el desempeño laboral en la municipalidad distrital de yucay, 2021. Y como hipótesis se sostiene: Existe una relación directa entre la gestión municipal y el desempeño laboral en la municipalidad distrital de Yucay, 2021. La presente investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo. El método empleado fue el científico, el apoyo de la técnica fue la encuesta, y se trabajó con dos cuestionarios como instrumentos de investigación. Los resultados de la investigación señalan que todas las hipótesis han sido confirmadas. Al final se presentan las recomendaciones sobre el particular.
