Estudio no experimental y diseño correlacional. La población estuvo constituida por 45 funcionarios de la municipalidad distrital de San Juan Bautista, durante el periodo 2022. Muestra: censal. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos cuestionarios, entre los principales resultados se obtuvo que coexiste una correlación moderada entre las variables gestión municipal y la meta 4, al obtener un valor de 0.45. Al conseguir un valor de significancia de p=0.023 y es menor a 0.05. Concluyendo que coexiste una correlación moderada entre las variables gestión municipal y la meta 4, se aprueba la H1, encontrando efectivamente que la gestión municipal se relaciona significativamente con la meta 4 del Distrito San Juan Bautista 2022.
