Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de participación de las juntas vecinales tiene un nivel bajo en 29%, nivel medio en 49 % y alto en 22 %, y el nivel de fiscalización ambiental tiene un nivel bajo en 33%, un nivel medio en 45% y un nivel alto en 22%. Concluyendo que existe relación entre la participación de las juntas vecinales y la fiscalización ambiental. Mediante el análisis estadístico de Rho Spearman se alcanzó un coeficiente de 0.969 (correlación positiva muy alta) y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01), aceptando así la hipótesis de investigación; además, el coeficiente de determinación fue de 94.8 % que explica la variabilidad existente.
