Se empleó como técnica a la encuesta para la obtención de datos, con su instrumento el cuestionario, asimismo se empleó la ficha de registro. Como resultado se obtuvo un ratio de tesorería de 12.81 para afrontar de dudas con el efectivo que se dispone. Se identificó que las dimensiones del SCI impactan significativamente en el área de tesorería con significancias <0.05 según Spearman, se obtuvo un coeficiente de 0.728 y p=000 como correlación entre el SCI y el área de tesorería por lo cual se concluye que el SCI impacta significativamente en el área de tesorería de la municipalidad.
