description La presente investigación fue titulada "La Ratificación de la Función Notarial por Órgano Independiente” no encontraba regulado en nuestra legislación, toda vez que, en el Decreto Legislativo 1049 y su reglamento, los procedimientos de evaluación y control están a cargo de los propios Órganos del Notariado y Ministerio de Justicia, en consecuencia, no se puede decir que dicho procedimiento se lleve a cabo de manera imparcial. Se utilizó como metodología no experimental y el tipo de estudio de la investigación el mixto. Por último, se concluyó que nuestro Sistema Notarial necesita implementar la figura de la ratificación de la función notarial además que se debe garantizar que se lleve a cabo por un órgano independiente, resultando así la imparcialidad de dicho procedimiento, siendo así su finalidad, brindar seguridad y confianza a la población que requiera de los servicios notariales.
