description La presente investigación titulada. “Gestión del Talento Humano y el Desempeño Laboral en el personal administrativo de la Red Asistencial de Amazonas, 2022, tuvo como objetivo general el determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo. La muestra de investigación fue de 40 trabajadores administrativos, entre la Unidad de Finanzas, Recursos Humanos, Abastecimiento, Tesorería y Contabilidad. La investigación fue cuantitativa,de tipo correlacional transversal,con un diseño deinvestigación no experimental. Respecto a la recaudación de información, se ejecutó los instrumentos de cuestionarios de los cualesse encuentran validados,esto permitió analizar las variables de la investigación. Posteriormente se utilizaron los datos obtenidos por los instrumentos, a fin de ser procesados en el programa del SPSS 25.0, presentando sus respectivos datos estadísticos, tablas de contingencia y el desarrollo estadístico sig. Rho de Spearman. Obteniendo una correlación significativamente alta de 0,815 procediendo a relacionar las dimensiones de la variable - gestión del talentohumano con la variable del desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de laRed Asistencial Amazonas, 2022, obteniendo relación significativa en cada unode ellos.
