description Esta tesis se realizó en la empresa CEI TELECOM PERÚ SAC domiciliado en el distrito de San Chorrillos - Lima, una empresa que ofrece servicio de instalación y mantenimiento de antenas de microondas, trabaja con la empresa ENTEL, donde se implementó un Plan de Seguridad y Salud (Implementar del PPE) para disminuir la tasa de accidentes en el sector de telecomunicaciones CEI TELECOM PERÚ SAC. Los datos se obtienen a través del análisis estadístico de accidentes, utilizando datos sobre cómo usar y no usar su equipo de seguridad, que se procesaron en el programa SPSS. Este estudio forma parte de la investigación aplicada, sigue las pautas del nivel pre experimental, ya que realizará una prueba previa y una prueba posterior al grupo de control, a quien se aplicará el estímulo (Plan de salud y seguridad - Seguridad Implementar), para reducir la tasa de accidentes en la compañía CEI TELECOM PERÚ SAC. La población está compuesta por 20 trabajadores en el área de producción, donde han sufrido un mayor número de accidentes laborales.
