Se tomó como población 342 individuos que forman parte del personal de salud asistencial de un hospital nivel II en Piura, 2024. De las cuales se seleccionó como muestra 169 trabajadores de salud, empleando el método de la entrevista y dos herramientas validadas para analizar el nivel de ansiedad y calidad de sueño. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 53.25% (90) de los trabajadores de salud tienen buena calidad de sueño, y el 49.11% (83) presenta un mínimo nivel de ansiedad. Sin embargo, un 46.75% enfrenta niveles de ansiedad leve, moderada o severa. Esto sugiere que, a pesar de una buena calidad de sueño, el ambiente laboral contribuye a que aumenten los niveles de ansiedad. Además, el análisis de Chi Cuadrado (25.779) indica que las variables están relacionadas, aceptándose así la hipótesis alterna.
