description En la presente investigación se planteó el siguiente problema ¿Cuáles son las características del tratamiento informativo en el Diario Online La República sobre el Sistema Electoral Peruano, según los redactores de Radio Libertad, Lima, 2016?, asimismo se estableció el objetivo de Identificar las características del tratamiento informativo en el Diario Online La República sobre el Sistema Electoral Peruano según en los redactores de Radio Libertad, Lima, 2016. Para ello, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y de instrumento, el cuestionario con un factor de validación sobre los 20 ítems de 0.80 de confiabilidad. Llegando a la conclusión que los redactores de Radio Libertad, pueden identificar las características del tratamiento informativo sobre el Sistema Electoral Peruano que fue llevado a cabo por el diario Online La República, resaltando que tienen una redacción periodística de calidad definiendo las características del medio y su público para satisfacer las necesidades de un consumidor.
