La población estuvo conformada por 20 trabajadores, y la muestra no probabilística fue también de 20 trabajadores de las áreas concernientes a las variables de interés del presente estudio, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta mediante el instrumento del cuestionario. Los resultados se alcanzaron mediante el coeficiente Rho de Spearman, donde el nivel de significancia resulto menor a 0,05 por lo que se rechazó la hipótesis nula y aceptó la alterna; asimismo se obtuvo coeficiente de correlación Rho de 0,719, significando que es positiva y considerable entre variables. Se concluyó que, existe relación significativa entre sinceramiento contable y la evaluación financiera de la empresa S Silvestre Plants S.A. - Ica, 2023.
