description El artículo tuvo como objetivo general describir cómo se implementa el mantenimiento autónomo en una maquinaria industrial, el tipo de investigación es básica ,enfoque cualitativo, el diseño no experimental, la base de datos principales donde se obtuvo información es Mendeley ,Scopus ,Proquest ,Scielo,el resultado obtenido es el análisis de artículos y trabajos de investigación,las que ayudaron a identificar los pasos que se debe de seguir para implementar el Mantenimiento autónomo, finalmente concluimos al implementar el mantenimiento autónomo lograron los autores que disponibilidad aumentó en un promedio de 7,24%, la tasa de rendimiento aumentó en un promedio de 3,01%,tasa de calidad incremento en un promedio de 1,03% y el OEE aumentó en un 8,72.
