description El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la comunicación interna y la gestión logística en la empresa Booster Group Perú SAC, Chorrillos, 2020. Metodológicamente la investigación fue de tipo básico, diseño descriptivo correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal, la muestra fue integrada por 66 colaboradores y se aplicaron como instrumentos 2 cuestionarios. Los principales resultados demostraron que la comunicación interna es catalogada como regular por el 60,6% y la gestión logística se consideró como regular por el 47,0%, así mismo, se demostró que entre las dimensiones comunicación ascendente, descendente y las barreras de accesibilidad e información presentaron una relación significativa con la variable gestión logística, los valores de Rho fueron 0,741, 0,748, 0,624 y el valor de significancia en todos los casos igual a 0,000. Se concluye que entre la comunicación interna y la gestión logística existe una relación significativa positiva alta, dado que, el coeficiente de Rho Spearman obtenido fue igual a ,748 y el valor de significancia bilateral igual a 0,000.
